Saba Jazeeli is a global business executive with more than two decades of experience leading complex businesses through growth, transformation, and critical strategic inflection points. Her career spans full P&L leadership, strategy, commercial excellence, operations, innovation, and organizational transformation across life sciences, analytical technologies, biopharmaceutical, and advanced industrial markets.
Most recently, Saba led a $175M+ global business with operations across North America, Europe, and Asia, bringing together engineering, product management, manufacturing, operations, and commercial organizations around shared strategic and operating priorities. Throughout her career, she has led businesses through consequential decisions involving growth, portfolio strategy, market expansion, organizational change, operating-model transformation, innovation, and complex customer partnerships.
Her perspective is grounded in the realities of executive leadership: making decisions with incomplete information, balancing competing priorities, aligning organizations around a path forward, and remaining accountable for the results.
Mohammed A. Wasef, Ph.D.

Mohammed A. Wasef, Ph.D., is an engineering and technology executive with more than two decades of experience navigating complex technical, operational, organizational, and strategic decisions across semiconductor, advanced electronics, and technology-driven businesses.
Across these roles, Wasef has worked at the intersection of technology, business, and execution—helping organizations evaluate complex tradeoffs, align technical and commercial priorities, and translate critical decisions into actionable paths forward. His perspective combines deep technical understanding with the practical judgment required to navigate uncertainty, risk, and organizational complexity.
His career spans engineering leadership, technology development, manufacturing, product introduction, organizational transformation, and executive decision-making in environments where technical complexity, business consequence, and execution risk intersect.
He cofounded Antecedent Advisory around a principle shaped by that experience: consequential outcomes are often determined by the quality of thinking that occurs before the decision is made
